I think the salmon nigiri adds a sexy touch to a timeless style. It’s an intelligent fashion choice, artfully done to match the intense flavors of spicy tuna with crispy rice. Then all of a sudden there’s this playful little masago roll peeking over the yummy yellow-tipped bars, stubbornly insisting that standard designs should be binky-ed all over. The look is so you, and that’s what it should be all about. It’s awesome!!!! And delicious.
