I think the white lines add a sexy touch to a timeless Sanrio character. It’s an intelligent fashion choice, artfully done to perfectly match the white fur of Pochacco, Hello Kitty, and Pekkle. Then all of a sudden, there’s angry looking Badtz-Maru peeking through the ornate, obsidian bars, stubbornly insisting that standard designs should be binky-ed all over. The look is so you and thats what it should be all about. It’s awesome!
